User Data Deletion Instructions
At our application, we respect your privacy and provide users with the ability to permanently delete their account and associated data at any time.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly from the mobile application by following these steps:
- Open the App
- Go to Settings
- Tap on Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion request
Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed permanently.
What Happens After Account Deletion
After deleting your account:
- Your account will be permanently removed from our system
- Associated application data linked with your account will be deleted where applicable
- Access to app features and synced services may be revoked
Please note that this action cannot be undone.
User Data Storage Information
Most user-generated content and backup data are stored:
- Locally on the user’s own device
- Inside the user’s connected Google Drive account used for backup or sync functionality
We do not have direct access to or control over files stored in:
- Your device storage
- Your personal Google Drive account
Because of this, users may also need to manually remove backup files directly from their Google Drive account if they wish to completely remove all stored backup data.
Google Drive Backup Removal
If you have enabled Google Drive backup/sync, you can manually manage or remove your backups directly from your Google Drive account.
To remove backup data:
- Open Google Drive
- Navigate to Backups or App Data
- Locate the application backup
- Delete the backup files manually if desired
Data Retention
Certain minimal technical logs or records may be temporarily retained for:
- Security purposes
- Fraud prevention
- Legal compliance
- System integrity and troubleshooting
These records are automatically removed according to our data retention policies where applicable.
